Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, billing address, account login, order and return history, any pet profile details you choose to add (such as your pet’s name, type, and birthday), and the messages you send us. Payment card details are entered at checkout and processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number on our servers.
Information collected automatically: when you browse the Site we may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and similar usage data through cookies and analytics tools, including services such as Google Analytics, to keep the Site working and understand how it is used.

If you request local delivery, we use your address solely to fulfill that delivery within our service area (Olathe, KS ZIP codes 66051, 66061, 66062, and 66063). We do not currently ship outside this area.
